I’m a dedicated, empathetic and passionate leader, coach and mentor, and on the side, I’m an award winning, multi-skilled Creative & Content Director and Head of Production based in Australia.

Creative leading, Writing, Directing (Film & Stills), Creative Producing & Production Design for broadcast, long-form, short-form and Social Media Content has been a long time vocation and passion of mine. In my 12 years in this industry, I have worked in reality TV, advertising, broadcast and social media in the capacity of a Coordinator all the way to Creative Director, this knowledge and experience is where my value speaks for itself. I have had the opportunity to not only work on internationally acclaimed content and campaigns, but also set up Production & Creative Departments as well as Operational Procedures in agencies & Broadcast houses.

We are in such an exciting time in terms of content and I find it super exciting developing and executing ideas to keep the audience interested and engaged, whether it be through broadcast or online content. There is beauty in combining psychology, data and research to develop ideas that are relatable and engaging with brand authenticity at the centre of every strategy and consistently delivering content that is true to ‘the why‘ of every brand I work with.

Currently, I lead a team across two states in various forms of Content, including Brand Integrated Content, Content Development, Social Media campaigns, Content Series, and Strategy, all in the capacity of a Creative & Content Director and Head Of Production for the biggest Telecommunications company in Australia, Telstra. Employed to not only creatively direct but to build and grow the internal creative content agency model, in the short 18 months I have been there we have smashed every benchmark, created globally viral campaigns and had a positive impact through the content we create. My strength lies in my empathic leadership, my rare and broad set of skills and experience, and my ability to be creative and organised. All this allows me to be a strong, and grounded leader that supports the team from conception to completion of any project. 

My little black book of industry contacts, crew and production team consists of some of the greatest humans around the world, from South Africa to Thailand, Europe and Australia. I pride myself on working with people who have positive attitudes, a strong work ethic and are always willing bring something to the table. I believe that not one single person has all the answers, so it’s imperative to get insights and ideas from your team to make something amazing together.
